The Big Bang Theory returns with a bang on CTV fall 2010 and makes its way to The Comedy Network. Season 4 of this superb situation comedy will start Thursday September 28th 2010 at 8 p.m. CTV will also offer a Big Bang Theory marathon September 16th from 7:30 to 10 p.m.
It is good to be Canadian as seasons 1 to 3 of the sitcom starring Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, and Kaley Cuoco will be shown syndication style Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7:30 starting September 7th and only in Canada
You will also be able to watch episodes you missed at CTV.ca the day after the original airing.
It is even better to be Canadian as The Comedy Network will also be airing seasons 1 to 3 of The Big Bang Theory on Mondays at 9:30 starting September 20th.
This is what is called getting a lot of Big Bang for your TV dollar.
For those who have managed to miss this superb sitcom, The Big Bang Theory is a wickedly smart and just as funny show about two PhD geeks named Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Leonard (Johnny Galecki) who live together and across the hall from a very nice and very beautiful young woman named Penny (Kaley Cuoco). Leonard first has a crush on Penny and part of the early story line go in that direction.
Both Leonard and Sheldon understand how the universe works but are clueless as to how the real world works. The show follows their various discoveries about real life and they are sometimes helped along by Penny.
The Big Bang Theory is refreshing as it does not assume the audience is operating at an 8th grade level. It is also quite adroit in being a smart show without talking down to the viewer or making you feel like you missed something.
Who says there's nothing good on TV? There's something good Mondays to Wednesdays at 7:30 on CTV, Thursdays at 8 on CTV, and Mondays at 9:30 on The Comedy Network.
