Comedy Business - Kelsey Grammer Returning To Television

Old actors never die they just come return to the medium that originally gave them success. In that vein Kelsey Grammer who launched his television career with the role of Dr. Frasier Crane in Cheers and then in the spin off Frasier (a twenty two year run as the same character) is returning to the small screen.

Fox Television is bringing Grammer back to television audiences in a new situation comedy called Action News in 2008. In the new show Grammer will play a local new anchor who is trying to rebuild his career. Co-starring with Grammer will be Everyone Loves Raymond's Patricia Heaton who played Ray's wife Debroah in that show.
